Open Terrace

The main characteristics of this house are the deck terraces that open towards the forest. All three floors have large openings and terraces facing the forest on the east side. The overhang on the first floor is made of wooden louvers and glass so that light can reach the lower terrace. In contrast, the entrance hall and “doma” space (space situated at the same level as the ground) on the west side have only few small openings or lattice-windows to keep that part enclosed. This house is a harmonization between openness and calmness.
